What the integration does

The HiringBranch integration with Lever allows you to automatically invite candidates to assessments when they reach a specific stage in your pipeline and synchronizes the results back to the candidate's profile in Lever.

Setting up the HiringBranch integration

To enable the integration, you must have Super Admin or Admin access in Lever and an active account in HiringBranch.

You should also have:

  1. A stage in your Lever pipeline where you would like to trigger the HiringBranch assessment.
  2. A role on your HiringBranch dashboard with the assessment you’d like to use.

If you haven’t created those yet, go ahead and do that now.

Enable the integration in HiringBranch

  1. Log in to your **HiringBranch dashboard.**

  2. Navigate to Integrations.

  3. Locate Lever in the list of available integrations and click Connect.

  4. You will be redirected to the Lever authentication page. Sign in with your Lever credentials.

  5. Review the requested permissions. The integration requires access to:

    Click Accept to authorize the connection.
